“A Better You” Women’s Retreat

Join other incredible women on a relaxing, rejuvenating, refreshing RETREAT in the mountains of North Carolina. Sit on the large porch and listen to the Green River flow. Take a walk through fields and forests. Breath the crisp mountain air. Take a nap. Participate in guided meditations. Listen and learn as fellow Retreaters share their passions and stories. Do some activities, create a vision board, draw a mind-map, work a jigsaw puzzle, or play a board game. Enjoy wonderful meals and snack to your heart’s content.
BONUS: We’ll take a day trip on Saturday into Asheville, NC and visit the Asheville Salt Cave & Day Spa for a group session in the Salt Cave.
Our Accommodations:
The River Ministries Lodge offers 4000 square feet of living space, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, sleeps up to 22 (though our max for this trip will be 16). It’s located on the banks of the beautiful Green River, features a wraparound porch, is fully air conditioned and heated, and has large wood-burning fireplaces inside and out. New flooring and carpeting throughout!

11 am to 1 pm — ASHEVILLE SALT CAVE experience
1:30 pm — LUNCH in Asheville, free time in town if desired
5 pm — Return to Lodge
6 pm — Dinner
