I am a big proponent of the Mastermind Group. You can call it a tribe, or a posse, or a pod, or a squad. At it’s core, it is a group of people, typically from various backgrounds and experiences, who meet regularly to hold each other accountable, brainstorm solutions, and share ideas and resources. I joined my first Mastermind early in my law practice career and those folks became my safe place to brainstorm and vent and learn.
