It’s, a full day of inspiring speakers, networking activities, educational talks, and lively discussions. It will be a day filled with laughter , learning, thinking and tears. * Stacey Crew, Certified Health Coach, Author and Founder of Stacey Crew Wellness will teach you how to make better nutritional choices and set up your kitchen to create simple healthy meals.
* Dr. Angela Dixon of New Hope Chiropractic, who is passionate about helping women understand their bodies and will be teaching us about the Vicious Vagus: Lady hacks for loving life
*Tomeaka Fladger, owner of All Things Are Possible (ATAP) web solutions and the founder of the soon-to-be-released all Going My Way SC. Tomeaka will present her Poor People’s Public Service Announcement.
* Keisha Hawes, National Spokesperson for American Heart Association and advocate for women’s heart health.
* Robin Nazon, professional Lifefsaver as CPR Instructor and Legalshield representative. She will be teaching us about morning routines that you set up for success all day.
